Basically our toffee take on a traditional Manhattan cocktail. We start with our dark chocolate cherry toffee, made with real dried Montmorency cherries from Michigan, and then we spike the batch with a fifth of Elijah Craig Bourbon! The bourbon just adds a richness and depth of flavor to the toffee that is unlike anything else.
